The location is super great for catching early flights. No relying on buses! its a quick walk to the terminal. they gave me free water upon arrival and thats always great.

the lifts were slow which was mildly inconvenient.

Convenient and Clean Heathrow Stopover

excellent location clean room working air conditioning good pressure

The location was excellent, especially with its proximity to terminal 2. A short walk made early morning flights much less stressful. I found the room very clean, and I appreciated the air conditioning. It worked perfectly. Water pressure in the shower was also very good, a nice touch after a long journey.

I was a little surprised that a water bottle was not in the room, I think it should be standard.

Check in was quick, and staff assistance was available. Food in the restaurant was good. Direct access to terminal 2 is a great feature. The bed was very comfortable ensuring a restful sleep before my flight.

The carpet in the room did look somewhat worn which was noticeable.

This hotel's location near the airport is seriously great. The walk to Terminal is super quick and easy for early flights. I saw the staff always ready and available to help. My room was super clean, it was super clean!

The elevator service experienced minor delays at times!

EXCELLENT airport hotel!

efficient check-in same floor professional assistance

The check-in process was efficient, and the staff member offered us a room on the same floor as our companions, appreciated. He also facilitated an early check-in for us. We were grateful for his professional assistance. I enjoyed the GREAT food and excellent service at the bar.

I found the signage directing to the hotel a little confusing after arriving via the Heathrow Express train.

The room featured a VERY comfortable bed and a large shower. The sound insulation was excellent. I could watch planes take off without any noise disturbance. The room was spotlessly clean, which I appreciate.
